Description: The Staff Evaluation and Development course is based on clinical, empirical, and theoretical information related to effective leadership, teacher development of capacity for continuous growth and improvement, and comprehensive evaluation standards for the administration, exploring topics such as staff development, staff evaluation, and adult development. It is intended to provide exposure to the current revised and proposed 2015 ISLLC standards and competencies essential to the development and evaluation of effective teaching performance. ISLLC standard dispositions are most critical for aspiring school leaders to develop and utilize in all they do in their administrative position.
